I recently had an unusual situation relating to interment, and I called on Giffen-Mack for assistance (even though they had nothing to do with it). Sarah-Ashley McGrath was fantastic. She was sensitive to the situation, and very warm and helpful. I can't thank her enough for her assistance, and highly recommend them. <3
