My father passed away at hospital mid-Dec 2023. We had a pre-arranged funeral plan in place with Highland Funeral Home at Scarborough, with Jenny Leung as the funeral director. While family was in much sorrow, we are so pleased with how the funeral went under Jenny's guidance. It was handled with dignity and respect, to both the deceased as well as the family. We were gently 'guided' through each step with care and consideration; video of the funeral was done with much professionalism, allowing us to share with family members who could not attend the funeral in person. My father always strive for the best - I think he got his final 'BEST' through his own funeral!
