Did not enjoy my massage at all and left in more pain than anything. I had a Swedish massage with Kate (or Ked?) which is typically supposed to be relaxing however, my masseuse used extremely hard pressure after telling her several times that I wanted less pressure. I also mentioned in the beginning that my back is super tender yet she didnt seem to care whatsoever and just did things how she felt was right. The whole time I kept squirming and saying ow (many many times) yet she never once adjusted her pressure - she just kept saying that certain areas were extremely tight which I understand but the with amount of pressure she used I fear it only made it worse. She also rushed her massage which made things worse as she kept rubbing extremely fast. I honestly hated every minute of my massage and didn’t feel relaxed at all.

Very bad experience was having I booked for 2:00pm May 26th Tuesday I drove from Richmond Hill and when I arrived there by 1:57pm door was locked and it was closed, I waited for 05 minutes and I called also 02 times to find out what happened then I left and I got a call@ 2:14pm by that time I was half of my way, This kind of service not acceptable.

Probably one of the best massages ive gotten in Canada. I think the Thai oil massage is something everyone should do just for muscle maintenance at least once a month or two. Be warned it’s a little tough on ya but feels so good. I highly recommend Ester. They do offer direct billing as well. Overall fantastic experience. Will be coming back for sure.
