Patel is a very nice & genuine guy. Recently I had trouble in my car starting up so I thought that the car battery must be weak.
I bought a brand new battery from Costco and went to Kennedy for installation.
Patel checked my car. He could have easily installed the new battery and claim the charge for it but he rather investigated the real cause which was the malfunction of my Digital key remote.
He advised me regarding fixing the issue and also when I asked for how much to pay, he said as he hasn't installed it, he would not charge me for it!
I appreciate his gesture and I'll come here only for my car maintenance!
Quick and painless….. was in there and out in minutes compared to others in the area. You can see the oil they pump in to your car if your are observant and know they are doing a great job serving your car. I do my own oil change but for the price and service your can’t ignore the service. Thank you Sam
Fast. Good customer service. 80$ for synthetic mid quality brand.. 100 for castrol/mobil one. Would come again.Topped up Break fluid, power stearing fluid, windsheild fluid, and checked levels on other components.?
