My vehicle was just repaired following an accident that extensively damaged the driver's side and rear suspension.I would like to separate my review into two components: workmanship and customer service. I would give 4.5 starts for the former, and 2.5 for the latter.Workmanship: As far as I can tell so far, the repairs were done really well with OEM parts being used as much as possible. I had the suspension work inspected by another shop and they found no issues. Good experience on this side of the business.Customer service: Frustrating. There seems to be a significant disconnect between the front desk and the shop, with conflicting updates and shifting timelines. More...read full review

Excellent service. Looks like they are quite busy, so it took me a week and a half to get an appointment after the initial assessment to take the car in for repair, but since the damage to my car was minimal, and my car was drivable, I didn't really mind it. When I took the car in for the repair, everything was handled smoothly, and I got my car back in about a week. Repair looks fine.Courteous staff. Only thing they could do better is give customers a call the previous day as an appointment reminder for the following day. That will be greatly appreciated.I'll take my car to this shop at 20 Continental Place, Scarborough, Ontario, any day for body work to my vehicle.
