The work was thorough to make sure there was only one rat, that it was caught and measures taken to make sure nothing else was able to get in. They took apart part of the deck to get access to the rat area and everything was put back together. We really appreciate the hard work and effort and no longer hear scuttling in the basement ceiling.”
