I decided that if she was there so long she must be good! and I was right , I'm always nervous with a new hairdresser but she was so friendly I felt immediately at ease and she listened to what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined she really is like an artist at her craft. My hair is very thick and dry, as well as frizzy. Ivy automatically knew how to work with my hair which made me feel so much at ease! I trimmed off about 4 inches and got some layers. I called and made an appointment with Perry, the lady on the line was extremely cordial and very accommodative around my timing. I visited the store and fell in love at once with the professional ambience and most importantly the hairstylist Perry himself. I asked him to reduce the length a bit and then style himself . He gave me such a wonderful haircut, followed by blow dry. I was glowing the entire day. Highly highly recommend this salon. My entire family of 4 including 2 kids are now visiting them.
