Her cuts are always amazing and my hair feels so fresh after. She is super friendly, kind and gets to know her clients. She is also honest which I like because sometimes I want to do something but she will let me know her thoughts and explains how it will look then the choice is up to me. I really enjoy going to Cassy and have been going there about 3 years now.“

If Mel said she’s not the one who works on curly hair and you opt’d to stay, it’s on you. I’m sure she did exactly what you wanted, you must have said ‘don’t dry my hair’ and she followed YOUR instructions, never would she leave a clients hair wet unless asked to, so when reviewing a person, or a business, own your part, specially since Mels reputations suggests totally opposite as you have described. During that time I have tried 3/4 other places bc I didn’t book my appointment in advance and our schedules didn’t line up.. and every time I wish I had just waited bc every other place I go the lashes do not last or they are not straight or clumpy ans it was a total waste of my money and time. I don’t make that mistake anymore and prebook all my appointments. Jess always takes the time to cover all my lashes. She is a perfectionist.
