We've used Hoover's since we moved into this house five years ago and have had onlypositive experiences. The technicians are always pleasant and polite, and they take the time needed to diagnose the problems accurately. They are factual about the condition of our HVAC equipment and give us all the options regarding repair and replacement without any pressure. Today was no exception. Hoover's replaced a corroded conductor in the AC after showing us the faulty part and explaining its function. I believe their prices are in the middle range. I would recommend them without hesitation.Service: A/C system repair

A minor delay in the follow up to getting a replacement fireplace fan, did not take away from the efforts of the great in house service staff. A special shout out for Cleon the installer who was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job.
