“Paul is an exceptional plumber with a wealth of experience. He is a true man of honesty and integrity. We had a pin hole leak in the pipe beneath our main water shut off just hissing water flooding our basement. I had the city turn off my water so it wouldn’t continue. Paul came first thing in the morning explained the issue and got to work,was out in just over an hour.

“I want to share my reviews about Saving Plumbing. I had an issue with my kitchen sink.. When I opened my tap the water started over flowing from the trap ( drain) in my basement. Sp all the sewer water was coming up and flooding my basement. There was a blockage somewhere in the pipes. I called up the previous plumber who did the job before but they were very busy and they suggested I call a local Plumber. I live in Pickering so I googled and called Saving Plumbing. Fabula who answered the call was "Fabulous". She told me she would send Jevon (equally amazing) who was finishing up a another project close by. When Jevon came I explained to his the problem. He at once knew what I was talking about. He brought his big commercial snake and actually pulled out a big grease ball that was like a rock and showed me what was causing the blockage. He made me run all the taps and the blockage was gone. I was beyond delighted. He was so professional and knowledgeable and very very understanding and caring about his work. He also used a mask for the COVID situation. I definitely recommend him and his company to anyone who has a plumbing issue. Most companies I called today were rude and could not care less. This company is also reasonable and upfront about their cost. No hidden costs. In this day and age to find a good reliable plumber with reasonable cost is a needle in a hay stack.
