“Purchased replacement windows in 2007, 16 years later on Nov. 2023 a large bird flew into the window breaking the outer pane. When I called FCI they pulled up my information and ordered the replacement glass sight unseen. When the glass showed up I was contacted and arranged an installation date. We had an awful water leak in our basement, with one call Paul came to evaluate the damage and had the powerful fans and dehumidifier installed that morning!
