FCI installed windows on our cottage 20 years ago. Over the years their response to any customer service requests have been excellent. We have found them beyond fair and reasonable with a clear ‘stand by our products and clients’ ethos. I would definitely recommend FCI Windows for their quality of product and services and customer follow up and support. Even 20 years later as we find the replacement of a couple of panes appropriate they are quick to respond! Our experience - TOP NOTCH!
Several years ago I had all the windows and sliding doors replaced by FCI. I chose them because everything is custom made, just for me, and they were even able to change the exterior colour of the window frames. Quinn brought out colour samples so I could see how it looked against my dark brown siding, and we settled on a perfect shade. On the inside, the window frames were white. I had all this done during the pandemic, so that slowed things down a bit but it was well worth it. I've sold home and now need to replace windows at my new place, so I will be calling FCI again. I recommend this business, for sure!
Had a patio door installed by FCI windows very recently, they did a wonderful job! Everyone was very friendly, the process was smooth, For sure recommend this company for your door and window needs ! 😊
