“Main sewer blockage, called on the reference of a friend, but they were booked solid for a couple days, and I needed it fixed NOW. Called around most other local plumbers, without a phone answer, and to date not even a call back from my left message. Ended up calling Reliance who promised me they would come the very next morning and fix me up. They came, said “I need my partner, I need my scope and I need more tools. I won’t be back till tomorrow, and it’ll be $1000.00” the day Bruce Maly Plumbing said they were able to come. I cancelled Reliance and verified Maly could come, which they did, did a professional job, charged me less, and verified all they were doing and did do. They were fantastic, prompt and professional. Tyler and Zack did an excellent job.
