“Better call Sal, if you have a problem with your Generac Sal is the guy you want. Sal came to the house and diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out the oil pressure was low, so he put an oil pressure gauge on the unit, by-passed the sensor and showed me how it was continuously dropping. Long story short, he ended up replacing the motor under warranty.
