My 8 year old furnace was leaking water. Thank goodness it was warm a week ago with window's open. I was assured if not my company and I would be dead. I was presenting with carbon monoxide poisoning. Nevertheless I was directed to Fred Hook. A guy came last night sussed it out. Another guy came today and it's fixed and safe. I'll sleep better knowing I'm safe. Thank you Wes. Chris and Bill and for the heaters.

I was in a panic when our furnace failed recently on a Sunday. Called the emergency # and got a real person! The tech was at our house within 1 hour to get us heat. Got a quote on replacement part the next day and fully repaired within 2 days. Exceptional service! Would highly recommend these guys.
We have had excellent service from Fred Hook and company on two occasions, for a hot water heater replacement and for a generator service.The front office staff are knowledgeable and accommodating and the technicians are skilled and friendly. Service has been prompt and efficient. I do not hesitate to recommend Fred Hook.
