Excellent service from sales, installers and office staff. The 2 technicians that did the installation of a new furnace were very conscientious and polite. Highly recommend Fred Hook

My 8 year old furnace was leaking water. Thank goodness it was warm a week ago with window's open. I was assured if not my company and I would be dead. I was presenting with carbon monoxide poisoning. Nevertheless I was directed to Fred Hook. A guy came last night sussed it out. Another guy came today and it's fixed and safe. I'll sleep better knowing I'm safe. Thank you Wes. Chris and Bill and for the heaters.
You seriously have saved my day and possibly my life. That's heavy.
I was in a panic when our furnace failed recently on a Sunday. Called the emergency # and got a real person! The tech was at our house within 1 hour to get us heat. Got a quote on replacement part the next day and fully repaired within 2 days. Exceptional service! Would highly recommend these guys.
