Prompt and professional. I had my issue dealt with very quickly, and before I knew it my AC was back to cooling the cottage. I've also had them come and fix my plumbing and the guy had it cleared up no problem. They also open and close my cottage every year. The shop has a bunch of supplies in case you need something random.
