“My heat went out unexpectedly right before it was supposed to drop to -20, so I was pretty stressed. I tried calling my usual emergency HVAC service but was told I’d have to wait.

I found Easy Hvac Services on Google and called after hours. They answered right away and had a technician at my house within 10 minutes.

He was very kind, explained everything clearly, fixed the issue quickly, and even stayed to make sure the heat was running properly.

“Had Jesse in to troubleshoot and repair a failed programmable thermostat that died and was preventing us from being able to heat the house in early December. He was unable to solve the problem with this type of thermostat for which he apologized profusely (and unnecessarily I thought). He was honest and stated that they probably would not have someone who would be able to quickly replace and program a new unit and suggested trying some other dealer..and once again, apologized.I mentioned that I had an old mechanical stat laying around along with some thermostat wire and wondered if he could do anything with it to at least temporarily get us through until a new thermostat could be sourced and installed. He said probably and configured it so that at least the propane furnace part of our HVAC system would work.Very professional and upfront with us. I would highly recommend him!!“

“Hands down, best customer service. 10/10 if I could do it. Total Comfort offered reasonable pricing, booked an appointment for 2pm, they where here by 1:50, and finished within an hour. Very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is compared to WO Stinson's: when I called for a quote, and they wanted to charge $200 + $60 drive fee and several weeks until they would come out.“
