I called Valley Kool Temp shortly after they opened in morning, after the hottest day of the year to get my heat pump looked at. By the time I got home after work, they had come by, spoken to my husband about the issue (who said technician was really personable) and fixed our heat pump quickly and for a super reasonable price.
Had valley come out and replace our old gas stove. The original installation date had to be pushed back due to parts not arriving.
The guys that came out and did the installation were great. Super clean and very knowledgeable.
A month later had the new unit leaking gas. Called and they sent someone right away to look at it. Issue with new unit and parts have been ordered.
Would definitely recommend.
