Saffco Electrical Heating & Plumbing is a well-regarded service provider known for its quick response times and professional service. Customers have expressed gratitude for the team, particularly highlighting Sheldon, who helped with a thermostat emergency during extreme cold by arriving within 15 minutes and completing the installation swiftly, without charging for his time. This level of service has left a lasting impression on clients, who appreciate the company's caring approach.
Many reviews mention the professionalism and expertise of staff members like William, who handled various tasks during renovations efficiently and effectively. Customers value the reliable service and the willingness of Saffco to accommodate urgent requests, especially when other companies were unavailable.
However, there have been some concerns regarding the quality of work done on air conditioning units. A customer reported a refrigerant leak, leading to costly repairs and dissatisfaction with the original installation, which was deemed inadequate by another service provider.
Overall, while many clients praise Saffco for their quick and professional service, some caution is advised regarding the consistency of their installation quality. The company remains a popular choice for heating and cooling services in the area, known for both their responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction.
William from Saffco came a few times throughout our renovations to do some work we were not able to do. He was professional and knowledgeable and had everything working properly in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Saffco! Thanks, William.
