How can I rate zero stars coz 1 star is too much ? Young’s told me they needed three parts to repair my fridge but only had two of them so I’d have to wait for the third part to arrive. (Apparently, this is what they say on a regular basis.) Weeks go by… I checked and the parts were ALL available for next day delivery so I called them. They didn’t answer the phone (again, this is how they operate - they never answer the phone) so I left a message but they never called back (and yes, this is also part of their playbook). young’s appliance called me today because they had a mixup of scheduling with Ap. She blamed me for not contacting them directly for the change they failed to notify their contractors. I was at the hospital with a doctor at the moment and I was surprised how irrational and rude she was. I contacted the ap agency later that day to rebook with a different service provider. Avoid young’s appliance at all cost, I do not deserve to be blamed for your own mistake.
