honesty. when others are trying to upsell you, this shop seeks to repair first. Twice now I have taken an old Vacuum in and instead of trashing it they have repaired at a fraction of the cost. love this shop, it's a win for my pocket book and the environment!
My wife and I have been Vac Shack customers since 2011. The owner is absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, fair, reasonably priced and provides excellent service on most brands.He just fixed my twin sister's vacuum for an amazing price.
