I had another company, start the insurance claim in Jan and by Mid May still had done nothing. I had a leak in the kitchen and the floor had to be replaced. So in mid May my broker called Winmar and their rep was there within hours. He scoped out the job and took all the info. He then called his flooring guy at Millennium flooring who came over at 3 same day saw the job and said come in Monday to pick your floor. Winmar got the approval to move ahead quickly and the only reason it took a month and a half was because we had to wait for the floor to ship. Had it been in stock it would have been a lot quicker.
