We , in Ottawa, had a flood in our home, from upstairs to downstairs, no one fault but it is hard to believe it happened to you , house in impeccable condition. Our house insurance offered First General of Eastern Ontario, to take care of this and certainly they really did. There is Luis, the “ conductor” that starts the assessment, lines up the order of jobs, brings the trades in sequence and job it is done. All trades involved, excellent work, very good communication, in time and very polite, all coordinated by First General, I spoke to them only once at starting, the rest was smooth on the wheels and house looks like nothing happened. I recently worked with First General and was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. I had First General Contractor to re do my basement due to water, the management of Graham, Adam and Jamie were excellent to give me details of what kind of work would need to be done and prices. I want to thank Tyler for the great job he did on the basement great job. I would not hesitate to recommend First General .
