I don't know if there is any other appliance store in town where the staff are more knowledgeable of the products they sell. Granted they carry a lot of high end stuff and you would expect that, but they are not afraid to point out the flaws you might encounter even with some of the very expensive things. My only hesitation with 5 stars is install and service is not arranged through them and requires a little more effort to coordinate on your part.

Popped in recently. Have been to several appliance stores and this was easily the best experience. Employee actually knew his products. Showed us many options, explained each and compared to what we are replacing so we had a better idea of pros/cons. Basically, exactly what a shopping experience should be. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. 100% recommended ensuring Universal is part of your plans. Re pricing, pretty close with competitors as well.
