This club is the perfect combination of a not crowded gym, THE BEST VIEW of Ottawa while doing some hit cardio and the nicest relax time at the pool, jacuzzi and sauna 👌 Nicholas, the coordinator has been so helpful and kind every time someone needs anything at the club, he truly excels at his personal trainings and how he treat his guest!!

I had a pleasure of staying again and it was an absolutely fantastic experience at The Westin Ottawa and highly recommend it.
The views from the room were simply amazing, offering a breathtaking perspective of the city—it truly enhanced the entire trip.
Beyond the stunning scenery, the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay.

Is quick in answering emails an she is so polite an courteous an her customer service is high quality an she is a total professional. I'm staying with the health club cause of her.
