The new manager William signed me up and he was so kind and helpful. This gym is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. William and Kenny both go the extra mile to get to know you and create connections. the equipment is well maintained and the bathrooms are always very clean and stocked.

In the short time that I have been at this club, the manager William and the other staff have welcomed me like at home, in an environment of security and trust that is very good since they make you feel like you are part of a community.

God bless Henry. He is very kind and understanding. It’s good to now that the owners of this place are good hearted people. He knows people by name and is passionate about creating a safe environment for people to workout. The Rideau location is very safe, security is very tight and there are many cameras everywhere. I highly recommend signing up at this location! They have many machines and it is a spacious gym.
