I bought a used 2009, 24 inch Mac for $75 with a warning on the price tag, "use only for parts" at Value Village. Contacting Steve, he cautioned me (fairly) that he would see it but might not be able to secure parts due to its age. Indeed, the Mac needed RAM and a hard drive. Steve supplied what it needed and even "tweeked" it up on its deficient fan system. Good, friendly demo when I arrived to pick it up. Nice, agreeable price for services rendered, too. Well, did I score on this Mac? Certainly. As Arnold in The Terminator said, "I'll be back!" That means, with more work for Steve. D. Corry, Orleans.

Steve on Kaladar Avenue is proficient and he is particular (fussy) and I am so relieved to have met him. In early February 2023, I took my 2015 Mac to him because it would not function any longer on 256GB of storage. He didn't need to keep it for long. He put in a bigger drive and transferred the data from old to new. It arrived in my hands with the data looking exactly the way it did when I took it in. The difference is it has room to run. Two weeks in and it runs well. With the added room, he installed the next OS, and took a photo showing layers of dust that was compromising the functioning of an interior fan. My iMac is about 5 years old and was running so slow that it was unusable. I first seeked support from the Apple Store. They told me that my iMac was too old and the only option was to replace it with a new one.I really didn't want to dish out $2K plus on a replacement. I found "The Mac Clinic" and so happy I did. Steve replaced my hard drive and now it is running like it is brand new. I am hoping to get another 5 years out of it.Everything was done quickly and the price was reasonable. Definitely would recommend "The Mac Clinic"
