Strandherd Medical Centre is a highly-rated clinic with friendly and professional staff. Patients appreciate the timely service and helpfulness of the support staff, who assist with file transfers and appointments. The clinic is known for efficient service, with patients often seen and out within 20 minutes. Visitors also frequently praise the compassionate and caring team, including the clinic manager Melanie, the medical secretary Jane, and the nurse Susan, who all create a welcoming environment. Dr. S. Goulets and Dr. Aggarwal are highly regarded for their exemplary care, knowledge, and professionalism. Many patients have trusted the clinic for years, grateful for the consistent and excellent service they receive.
Terrible service, there should be some way to file a complaint against this clinic. My mother has been a patient with Dr. Aggarwal for over 10 years with she was 9 minutes late for an appointment and they refused to see her. She has many chronic problems which make it even hard for her to drive at times. This is terrible and shows how business minded this clinic is. As patients, at times we wait up to 2 hours just to see her and as patients we have no rights??? Then they give an appointment to see her in September because the doctor is going on vacation. Our whole family will not be seeing her as a family physician anymore.
Very frustrating experience. It feels like our healthcare system is becoming more like a business than patient care. Even with a scheduled appointment, patients often wait 30–45 minutes or longer, only to spend less than 5–10 minutes with the doctor.
The appointments feel rushed, as though the doctor is already halfway out the door before the conversation even begins. Patients are often discouraged from asking more than one question, and if you have concerns about another issue, you're told to book a separate appointment and come back again.

Usually do not give reviews but after seeing some of the absurd comments I have to add my POV. Dr Aggarwal has been my physician for a number of years and I followed her to Strandherd Medical when she left Richmond. I feel she is the best doctor I’ve ever had. As for office staff, scheduling, etc. No complaints. If I do not get immediate service anywhere I don’t start gripping. I recommend this medical centre.
