I had an amazing experience today. Called clinic and talked to Jane ( the receptionist) she was very friendly asked couple of questions and told me to come to clinic.a very kind doctor checked my daughter and we were out in 20 minutes.

Ever since my doctor relocated her practice to this clinic, I've regretted following her. Even with the shortage of family doctors, I would have been better off waiting however long it took to get another doctor at any other clinic. Every interaction with this clinic has been frustrating. On top of terrible customer service, service and anything you need is slow and often requires paying fees. Fees for the same services I've used in the past at other clinics, even this same doctor's previous clinic. Just so disappointing.

My wife and I followed Dr. Goulets from his previous office and we have been very pleased with the Clinic. The Support Staff were very helpful with our file transfers and always timely in returning calls and arranging our first appointments with Dr. Goulets. After our appointment I was referred to another Doctor and after the referral the Staff kept me in " The Loop " and everything went very smoothly.
