Dr. Kelly and Dr. Paula are fantastic doctors and wonderful people. They always take as much time as needed with my daughter and are kind and compassionate. Their assistant Nadine is also a helpful and lovely person. I highly recommend them.
Usually do not give reviews but after seeing some of the absurd comments I have to add my POV. Dr Aggarwal has been my physician for a number of years and I followed her to Strandherd Medical when she left Richmond. I feel she is the best doctor I’ve ever had. As for office staff, scheduling, etc. No complaints. If I do not get immediate service anywhere I don’t start gripping. I recommend this medical centre.
It’s a very busy clinic and consider yourself to be lucky if you have a family here when there are many people in the city don’t have a family doctor. So I don’t understand why there are quite a number gave only 1-star review for this clinic
