This clinic is amazing, what really makes them stand out - I am able to get urgent care appointments same day !!! Jaimie, who works at the front desk is really amazing as is everyone else I have had the pleasure of speaking with. Dr.Tchen is great, I am very happy with this location and the services they provide. Thank you very much Alliance Family Health.

Had a physical last week - booked for a shot today. Turned out the staff was a newbie and made a mistake as no appointment was found. Was very frustrated when I found this out. Luckily for me, nurse Heather recognized me and was able to assist me right away and remedy the situation.Giving 5 star review for Nurse Heather and for my family Doctor (with super long Eastern European last name). They are awesome.I do caution: this place is known for VERY long wait times (regardless of appointments) so calling ahead and asking about wait times is advised.

2.5/5 - the only reason why im here it’s because i love my doctor and i have been with her for the past 10 years. Other than that- its hard to get an urgent care appointment. Good luck calling them in the morning… as you cant leave a message and have to call and call until you speak with reception, and they are too busy and fast on the phone…they tend to rush your call. They have an app but it’s hard to manoeuvre through it, to get an appointment. Like i said i’m just with this clinic for My Dr.
