Dr. Parbhaker is so kind and attentive. The reception staff is always friendly. I’ve been going to this clinic on a weekly basis for the past few months and everyone is consistently friendly and professional. The only thing that I would improve with this clinic is that it can sometimes be hard to get through on the phone.
The office staff are always very accommodating and friendly for both my husband and I! Would highly recommend this clinic both for their doctors and especially for their office staff.
My doctor is great. If I can get to her. An online booking system is needed and no more reception people that never answer the phone or forget to register your booking. Closed at lunchtime and always “overworked”. Well, a computer will do the job just fine, never gets tired. It would be so much easier for us, the Patients. I wonder what the doctors at this clinic think of this situation, seeing that I am not the only one complaining of the front staff.
