“This is easily the best customer service I have experienced since moving to Ottawa. I needed same day dry cleaning and called only 10 minutes before arriving to see if it was possible. Even though the owner was about to start a load, he waited for me to bring my items in. When I dropped them off, I mentioned that a couple of extra shirts in my bag were wrinkled, and he offered to iron them on the spot at no extra charge! Highly recommended, I will definitely be returning.“
