She also had to order a special piece for it - which added to the challenge. Upon coming to pick it up, she provided me some tips to ensure that it doesn’t break again, which I thought was extremely kind and transparent given that it shows that she’s not there to make money/take advantage of her clients, but to ensure that her customers are happy :)
