This is easily the best customer service I have experienced since moving to Ottawa. I needed same day dry cleaning and called only 10 minutes before arriving to see if it was possible. Even though the owner was about to start a load, he waited for me to bring my items in. When I dropped them off, I mentioned that a couple of extra shirts in my bag were wrinkled, and he offered to iron them on the spot at no extra charge! Highly recommended, I will definitely be returning.
Our blankets and coats were subject to the July 1, 2026 storm floods. He expertly disinfected and cleaned everything. Nothing smells damp or mouldy. We are so happy and grateful. Excellent cleaners that we will be frequenting from now on.
