Best tailor in Ottawa. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do any sort of alterations. She was extremely professional and quick. Will definitely be back in the future.

I accidentally came across Master Stitch up 2 months ago. I'm glad I did as I had ordered a dress online a few weeks ago, and it just didn't fit right ( pictures below for reference. It was puckering in the wrong area)I dropped my dress off last week with Inna. She is such a lovely person. Inna was kind and gentle while pinning the areas of my dress that required fixing which also included the bows being shortened. The knot was stitched, and she fixed a seam that wasn't sewn straight. My dress was ready for pickup within a week, and I couldn't be more happy with the work she did. (Attached picture for reference)I will be coming back I the future. Thanks again Inna!

I have been a client of Vera since she opened her first store at Lincoln Heights. After decades of offering top quality service, Vera has decided to retire and pass the torch to Inna. This young woman is new to Canada but brings years of experience as a seamstress. I am sorry to see Vera go, although she totally deserve her well earned retirement, and I am happy that she is replaced by someone who is qualified and eager to make her mark.
