Reid has been looking after my furnace for years. They installed my new furnace about 7 years ago. It's off warranty now, so I do the annual plan and it gives me great peace of mind. I've had a couple of mechanical failures and they were right over and fixed the problems. Over the years, all of the staff have been great to deal with. From the person who answers the phone to the technicians that work on the furnace.They have a fantastic new system this year. Just before the technician arrives for a scheduled service call, they send a text to telling me the technician will arrive shortly, reminding me of any things I need to do, and showing me a picture of the technician....read full review

Adam & Adonay came out today to install our new Lennox furnace and did a bang-up job. They were both pleasant, courteous, and professional - all that you could ask for. In fact, the water pump that they installed was faulty and they made sure that Scott came out later in the day to replace it. He as well was the same professional, even reminding me that he used to do the servicing of our systems a few years ago.Great bunch of people!

This service is very professional, efficient and met all timelines for deliverables. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The issue and plans to deal with my air conditioning was explained in detail so that I could completely understand was appreciated. Highly recommended for all your needs.
