Had problems getting appointments here in the past but it seems to have improved.
Was moving my son in terrible Winter weather and my windshield wipers froze onto the windshield and before I realized they were frozen, the Windshield system check up light flashed on the dash. Crap! I contacted the Otto's service team and they asked me to just bring in my X3 the next morning for the Otto's Service team to check it out quickly. I stopped in and the Service team looked at it right away and sure enough, it was only a fuse. Fixed me up and sent me on my way quickly. Huge thanks to the Otto's Service team! The Otto's dealership is awesome and always very professional to deal with. And the big bonus is, the waiting/refreshment area is superb as well!
