The best body shops/garages do three things: good work, fair work, and they are nice to deal with. Simplicity are fabulous. Rear-ended by a lawyer (!) - and had to get some small damage fixes. Fast, helpful, squeezed me in, and more than fair. I'm trying not to get hit again, but I'll be back whenever I am.
