Matthew provided prompt and efficient service and was very pleasant to deal with. We had our lock rekeyed using the same keys and he even oiled the door for us and gave recommendations on how to take care of our locks.

Very disappointed with this locksmith service. I tried to explain my issue, but they didn’t even let me finish speaking and abruptly hung up the call. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service should at least involve listening to the client before deciding anything. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
