The team at Mr. Rooter has never let us down. Professional work, great communication, punctuality, everything you expect from a top-notch service organization. We had a pipe blockage, called in the morning and had a technician (Lucas) scheduled between 12 and 4 the same day. At about 1 PM we got the text that he was on his way. When he arrived, he assessed the situation, provided a quote and clearly explained the work to be performed. He got that pipe unblocked and flowing again and had us back up and running in no time. We have used Mr. Rooter's services for many (many!) years now and every plumber we have worked with has had rock-solid skills, great interpersonal skills, and are masters of problem solving. I wish I had video of the time they helped out with my well pump. Truly going above and beyond! Highly recommended.

The group that came to my home were phenomenal. They explained things well, were quick and clean and super friendly. Jeremy was quick with responses and quotes and the team Gavin and Kevin were great to deal with. I also loved the added touches like text messages when the plumber was on their way with a picture and a profile and an after visit call to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend them.
