We had a clog in our main drain. Thank to the very wonderful, kind and reliable Andre for showing up on site on a Saturday quickly in order to help remedy the issue. He worked very efficiently keeping us informed of each critical step he took to solve the issue. Everything is running smoothly and we are extremely satisfied with services today! Thank you, Andre!
I had a flood in my basement and my sump pump couldn’t cope. I called the city and they sent out Aquadrain who came to inspect and assess the situation. They were so efficient. They took a video of. the sewer system and found that the sewer pipe collapsed and tree roots and some dirt blocked the sewer line. They were able to somehow blast the area with some jet of water and unclogged it a bit. Then they came back and were able to blast through so the water drained properly. Thanks guys for coming out 3 times. And even climbed into the crawlspace to inspect the lines !
