This location has always stood out to me when it comes to customer service. Unlike some otjer locations that rush clients through back-to-back appointments, the team here takes a more personal approach.

Tanya, in particular, consistently goes above and beyond. She takes the time to ask how your day is going and always follows up with a friendly “How was your tan?” It may seem like a small touch, but it really makes a difference and creates a welcoming experience.

That said, while the service is excellent, the space itself could benefit from a refresh. The rooms and storefront—across multiple locations—feel a sterile and could use some new paint...read full review

The St.Laurent location has such amazing staff, super helpful and so patient with all my questions as a first time tanner. Everything is so clean and honestly the staff are all just super friendly and welcoming. 10/10 across the board.
