“This location has always stood out to me when it comes to customer service. Unlike some otjer locations that rush clients through back-to-back appointments, the team here takes a more personal approach.

Tanya, in particular, consistently goes above and beyond. She takes the time to ask how your day is going and always follows up with a friendly “How was your tan?” It may seem like a small touch, but it really makes a difference and creates a welcoming experience.

That said, while the service is excellent, the space itself could benefit from a refresh. The rooms and storefront—across multiple locations—feel a sterile and could use some new paint and updates (this is not a cleanliness issue).

It would also be great to see some newer beds introduced at the St. Laurent location. The KBL bed is clearly popular and often fully booked.

“It's a perfectly accessible tanning salon for your quick every day needs, I generally just go tanning to feel the heat a bit and also ensure the base color is always there.

They could definitely use some updates to when it comes to their machines, get newer beds or stand ups would be a great investment.“
