“I've been coming to this studio for almost a year now and I couldn't have found a better studio to start and grow in my pole journey. All the teachers are exceptional, so encouraging, and genuinely care about your progress. I've learned and grown so much over the time I've been here and highly highly recommend this studio to anyone considering pole.”
“This location is amazing. Very clean, great staff - Rendell made my experience a true 5 star. He was very knowledgeable and this is why I come to this location.”
“Beside all good things about this gym, I’m not joking—my only reason for keeping my membership is Hero! (Pilates instructor)😁
If I started talking about Hero, it would turn into a whole lecture.
I joined LA Fitness on January 1, 2026, thinking it would probably be another one of my impulsive decisions when I want to change something. Then I attended Hero’s Pilates class for the first time, and everything changed.
Without any exaggeration, she has had an incredible impact on my life. It’s not just because she teaches amazing Pilates classes with the perfect combination of movements, but because of her positive energy, kindness, and genuinely uplifting spirit.
I met her during one of the most difficult periods of my life, and I don’t think she even realizes how much she helped me simply by being herself and creating such encouraging environment. Her classes became something I looked forward to every week.
Hero, thank you for everything you’ve done. God bless you, and I wish you all the happiness and success in the world. You’re truly the best! ❤”
