Tara was my physiotherapist & I found her professional, empathic & very knowledgeable. She checked with every movement she made of my legs & ankles if there was any pain & stopped & recorded. She summarized her findings with every visit. She gave me exercises which have strengthened my right ankle & improved my balance. She had me demonstrate many of the exercises & gently corrected any of my mistakes. I was discharged today but Tara recommended that I continue specific exercises to improve my balance and/or maintain my balance. My experience with Mariposa Physiotherapy was outstanding! The admin staff Olivia and Tracey were helpful, efficient and welcoming. My physiotherapist, Tara, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional, gentle but firm and encouraging. I always looked forward to my appointments and with Tara's support, I am seeing marked improvement using my wrist following a recent fracture. I highly recommend Mariposa Physiotherapy!
