The whole team is incredible. I began seeing Dr. Lucas after a car accident. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with the process and road to recovery. He gives opinions from both sides of the spectrum, in terms of what to expect upon an early return-to-work versus allowing full recovery, and will work with you through which ever option you need. Dr. Lucas has been very transparent through my recovery. He doesn't sugar coat anything, but is very polite in his delivery. He makes great recommendations for at-home exercises, and is more than happy to tweak at-home-recovery as needed. He truly listens to your concerns, appreciates the ebbs and flows of the healing process and I'm honoured to have him in my recovery corner! The Front Desk staff have been nothing but polite, courteous and efficient. Even if an accident happens, such as a double booking with practitioners, they are quick to resolve the issue. They work tirelessly with insurance and WSIB, keeping on top of claims waiting to be processed and approved. The students helping out are all very polite, kind and understanding. They are eager to help and eager to learn. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better recovery team. Thank you all!
