When I finally called Top Care, I was given a reasonable quote and date for the work to be done. They showed up on time, were pleasant and got the work done as promised. No hassle!

I recently contracted Topcare HVac to replace my wornout pool heat pump . I immediately checked online re reviews and was impressed .I was very pleased not only with the product,and the price but the level of service we received .The receptionist was polite ,helpful and prompt. Ultimately the job was done to my complete satisfaction.
We contacted this company to take a look at our AC that stopped working. They came in the following day. Mo was polite, took the time to explain what was happening, and didn't leave any mess. He replaced the capacitor, but he didn't have fuses available (which I highly recommend keeping). After I bought and replaced them, the AC still didn't work. Mo came back and addressed other fuses in need for replacement (luckily, I had extra ones) as well as the need of charging the freon (which they had available). In general, it was a good experience.
