Ilio came quickly (within a couple hours of my call) and was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The "minor valve leak" I had identified was only a small part of the bigger issue. The full solution should be implemented within a couple days.

Rick Bruce came and serviced my HVAC which was installed by AtlasCare in 2009. Rick tuned my furnace and was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. he pointed out a alignment problem with the a/c heat exchanger coil block off plates and rectified it which will save energy in the summer. Although my furnace is 25 years old and, like me, approaching the end of its predicted life span Rick did not try to scare and up-sell me on a new furnace but we did discuss future options.I was taking advantage of an AtlasCare promotion and paid only $56.49 instead of the regular $199.00. Very personable and helpful young man.Provided rapid help and advice for our situation. Communication regarding the appointment timing was done by text, and was extremely well done and helpful.
