As a FTHB, Branthaven has made the transition into a new home smooth and efficient. The quality of architectural design and expression is clear from the sidewalk approach up to the building. The street presence of the Greenwich continues through their interior finishes and suite designs. When looking for a home a highly recommend Branthaven and I am looking forward to moving in and making this place my home.
Wow, words can't express how grateful and appreciative I am towards Kimberly Groleau, the design Consultant. Just when you think customer service is dead. Kimberly was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and very kind with her words and consideration for my client's future home design with Branthaven. We are still in the cooling-off period and were looking for more design options. If this is the standard for Branthaven, then this is the benchmark for all builders. Got a great condo unit
The features that stood out to me were the island, the cabinetry and the fact that it came furnished with window covers already.
The team member that contributed most to my experience was Billy. Billy was phenomenal in explaining and walking through the PDI with us.
