Otis (Mr. June in the 2019 Pet Valu calendar - @otisbeansredding) has always had a positive experience at The Ark Pet Spaw & Emporium. Although he is known to be a bit of a cry baby in the tub (sorry everyone...), he comes out bouncing after his grooming! Greets me and then quickly nudges Judy to remind her of that great jar of liver treats! Couldn't be a better experience! Thank you to everyone at The Ark for making our centerfold as handsome as he deserves to be!
Honestly, everything about here is perfect . You have Judy that cares for all the pets as if her own, is extremely attentitive to detail, and understands how important our pets comfort and experience at the Spaw is. This same care to detail continues with the highly trained groomers as well. Both of my schnauzers hated baths before, but always were calm here. Also, the fact that they focus on quality of service and experience to the pet instead of capita makes a huge difference. This ensures your dogs aren't in a cage for up to 4 hours like other places! Unfortunately we moved away and I have yet to find a place that comes half as good as The Ark Pet Spaw and Emporium. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
