Oak Dry Cleaners is a great store in a great location, open for more than 20 years. The lovely, caring people provide amazing detailed work. Cleaning services are sent out, but they hand iron everything. They offer fantastic alteration services that are one of a kind, repairing items like zippers and vintage jackets. They really take special care of your clothes, own any errors, and try to remedy damage. They provide quality washes and alterations at comparatively reasonable prices. Customers are encouraged to give them a visit and your business.
We have been dealing with Mona and Frank for 20 years and my husband and I are always pleased with their customer service and kindness. In business you can't always please everyone, however if your customers satisfaction is 95% , you have succeeded in providing excellent customer service. Thank you for everything that you do, we truly appreciate it.

Amazing detailed work. Been going to them for few years now. Cleaning services are sent out to be done at a separate plant but they hand iron everything and take care of their customers. Even if the plant messes up, they own the error and try to remedy the damage as best as possible. Oh and fantastic alteration services as well.
