0 stars……..I got my down coat back with stains remaining and shrunk to the next size. I asked for a refund and he started yelling uncontrollably and accusing me of attacking small business..Here is a pic of the stretched out filthy cuffs.I would definitely stay away please!!!!On my next review I will post a picture of the owners son yelling obscenities at me with his middle finger up ( on the sidewalk!)This was both shocking and disturbing for a family run business

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen!! I got two of my husband’s white dress shirts dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up, there was a dirty spot on both shirts. I complained to the owner and he started to yell at me and kept saying ‘NO!!!’ He said they have a few levels of cleaning and I chose ‘regular’ so having dirty spots was fine. He also was yelling at me that my pick-up time was 1 pm and I showed up to the store at 4 pm (and supposedly an earlier time meant they rushed the clean and left it dirty). No one explained this to me when I dropped them off, and I’ve never heard of a dry cleaner where you make a set ‘appointment time’ to pick...read full review

Wish I could give it a 0. Brought in an Armani LOOSE fitting short sleeved linen shirt for dry cleaning. When I got it back it was SNUG. Thankfully I had another one to compare it to and brought it back to them. They measured. Lost an inch in every direction. They are going to try to stretch it with steam and I am waiting for the results. When I asked her why this happened she said "linen is difficult". Really??!!
